Background

This past year, a combination of state and Federal laws were passed requiring financial institutions, including insurance companies, to begin providing annual notices to their customers regarding the use and protection of their personal information. Personal Mortgage Advisors, Inc. will not disclose your personal information to companies or organizations not affiliated with us that would use the information we have provided them to contact you about their own products and services, unless we provide you, in advance, the opportunity to "opt-out" and direct us not to make these disclosures of your personal information- Since Personal Mortgage Advisors, Inc. does not share your personal information in this manner, there is no need for you to opt-out of this practice.

We may, as permitted by law, provide personal information about you contained in our records or files to persons or organizations such as:

• Other insurance companies to support an insurance transaction involving you,

What kind of personal information do we have, and where did we get it?

Much of the personal information that we have about you comes directly from you. You provided much of this information to us on questionnaires and various applications. We may have contacted you by telephone or mail for additional information. We also keep information about the products and services you utilize through us.

How do we protect your personal information?

We protect your personal information where required by law with a confidentiality agreement that obligates those companies with whom work to conform to our standards and keep confidential information about you that we give them. Your personal information is available to those individuals within the company who may need to see it to fulfill and service your needs. We have established physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Finally, should your relationship with us end, your personal information will remain protected in accordance with our privacy practices as outlined in this Privacy Notice.
